No individual is granted permission to use Gimme-TV's proprietary footage, recordings, or other production materials simply because that individual appears in them.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, raw footage, project files, source files, editing timelines, production assets, and other working materials are not automatically included with final deliverables.

Gimme-TV may maintain copies of project materials for business, archival, production, or legal purposes.
